Syrup - Blueberry pancake ========================= - 1/2 cup sugar (or 1/3 cup) - 1 tbsp corn start (or 2 tsp) - 1/2 cup water (or 1/3 cup) - 1 tbsp lemon juice (or 2 tsp) - 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen (16oz package is about 1.25 cups) (Smaller portions for a 16oz package of berries which is about 1.25 cup) (Experiment to keep full receipt with slightly smaller berries size in 16oz pkg) Instructions: 1) Add all ingredients EXCEPT blueberries to medium saucepan + whisk 2) Bring to a boil over medium-high heat 3) Add blueberries + simmer 4-5 minutes until berries burst and sauce thickens
